ttt is right, usually, 5 W, here in Canada, Government has regulation of power use per square meter. Which include power outlet and Illuminaire.

if you question is forluminaire power usage, ignore ttt’s answer. Wheather it is high voltage Incadesent or Fluorescent Lamp, High power HID lamp, or low voltage Halogen Lamp, the Ballast always has power rating. Incadecent Lamp has power per lamp directly on the lamp. So, all you have to do is add them up. Then you know how many power is in that room now. Got it. Let me know.
